Appointments

The option to make on-line appointments at the Fertility Center may be available soon.

No referral is necessary to schedule a visit with one of our reproductive endocrinologists or embryologists. Patients also can make appointments with our nurse midwife or nurse practitioner, our financial coordinator, the office manager, one of our counselors, the massage therapist or any other member of our staff.

Please bring copies of your old medical records, labs and any other test results with you or, better yet, fax them to our office prior to your first visit. If you are a new patient or if you have not visited our office recently, you will be given instructions via e-mail for logging into the Fertility Center's electronic medical records system through our website to complete several forms. If you can’t complete the on-line registration process beforehand, please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to enter your information at the computer workstation we’ve set up for patients in a private room just off our lobby.

We encourage patients to arrive a few minutes early for appointments, if possible, even if on-line registration is complete. The receptionist will have a few documents that require personal signatures and may have some questions. Our goal is to keep your waiting time to a minimum.

You may be with us for several hours during your first visit. Remember, it is normal for new patients to feel anxious and a bit overwhelmed. We’ll repeat and clarify information as needed, and we’re only a phone call away once you’ve left the office.
