Appointments

The option to make on-line appointments at the Fertility Center may be available soon. 

No referral is necessary to schedule a visit with one of our reproductive endocrinologists or embryologists. Patients also can make appointments with our nurse midwife or nurse practitioner, our financial coordinator, the office manager, one of our counselors, the massage therapist or any other member of our staff.

Please bring copies of your old medical records, labs and any other test results with you or fax them to our office prior to your first visit. In addition, bring your completed forms for new patients.

Arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment, if possible, to give the receptionist time to review your paperwork and answer any questions. Our goal is to keep your waiting time to a minimum. 

You may be with us for several hours during your first visit.  Remember, it is normal for new patients to feel anxious and a bit overwhelmed.  We’ll repeat and clarify information as needed, and we’re only a phone call away once you’ve left the office.
