To schedule a visit at either of our fertility centers, simply call us or fill out the form below and send us a message. If you are traveling to see us, we will work with you to book an appointment at the location that is most convenient for you.

Our Chattanooga & Knoxville Clinics

Fertility Center has two convenient locations to serve our patients. Our offices in Chattanooga and Knoxville give patients more than one option for treatments and visits. Our patients come from throughout Tennessee and the Southeast, as well as from global locations as far away as Africa and Asia.

    Sorry, Fertility Center does not have a sperm donor program. We’re not aware of any local sperm banks in the area. The main sperm banks we work with are Seattle Sperm Bank and Fairfax Cryobank. They may be able to give you more information. Have a great day!
