Handling the Cost of Fertility Treatments

Paying for tests, treatments and procedures can be challenging and confusing, but our financial consultants are committed to making the process as smooth as possible.

Before your first appointment, our consultants will contact your insurance company to verify your benefits and get an idea of your coverage. We will provide an estimate of the cost of fertility treatments according to your policy, and we will review this information with you during your appointment so you understand your financial obligation before beginning treatment. Accepted Insurance Policies

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Cigna
  • United Healthcare

We are currently an out-of-network provider for Aetna. You may contact this company to petition for in-network benefits, and we are happy to file insurance, even for out-of-network services.

Excluded Insurance Policies

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following policies:

  • Medicare
  • Medicaid
  • Blue Care/TennCare
  • PeachCare

    Sorry, Fertility Center does not have a sperm donor program. We’re not aware of any local sperm banks in the area. The main sperm banks we work with are Seattle Sperm Bank and Fairfax Cryobank. They may be able to give you more information. Have a great day!
